ScrollView is not taking Into account header height when handling mouse wheel scrolling in MultiColumnTreeView
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “My project (2).zip” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Expand the Game view such that the scrollbar appears and the content of the tree is almost completely visible
5. Collapse the Header list in the Game view
6. Try to scroll in the Game view using the mouse wheel
Expected result: You can scroll to the bottom of the list
Actual result: Scrolling does not work
Reproducible with: 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0b2
Couldn't test with: 2022.3.55f1 (Could not resolve compilation error)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
