Scrolling on a default ScrollView in a WebGL build is too sensitive when compared to other platform builds and the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “WebGL_Scroll.zip“ project
2. Build and run “SampleScene“ for WebGL
3. Scroll down in the ScrollView in the Player
4. Observe the ScrollView
Expected result: Multiple scroll iterations are required to scroll to the bottom
Actual result: One scroll iteration is enough to scroll down to the bottom
Reproducible in: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.51f1, 6000.0.24f1
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Workaround: Decrease the Scroll Sensitivity of the ScrollView GameObject in the Editor before building
