[ScriptUpdater] Importing package which contains scripts or assemblies that use obsolete APIs freezes Unity on compiling scripts
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Asset Store and search for "Female Movement Animset Pro"
3. Download and Import this package
Result: it might freeze on compiling scripts or it may import and later prompt user to pick if he/she want Unity automatically upgrade scripts or assemblies and then freeze on compiling scripts
Reproducible: 5.6.0b1, 5.6.0b5
Not reproducible: 5.5.1f1
