Scripts are not recompiled when the script changes are made while the Build Settings Build folder select Window is open
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "ScriptsDontRecompile.zip"
2. Open PrintMeMessage.cs script (in Assets\Editor folder)
3. Open Build Settings Window
4. Click "Build" button
5. Change the message from "Test" to "Test2" in PrintMeMessage.cs and save the script
6. Click the Cancel button
7. Click Print/Print in the menu bar
Expected result: "Test2" is printed
Actual result: "Test" is printed since the editor did not recompile
Reproducible with - 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.9f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a18
