Screen.width & Screen.height reporting is inconsistent depending on when it is called
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter play mode
3. Undock game window
4. Set ratio to a fixed one
5. Keep resizing the window
Expected result: screen size values registered at OnGui and at Update are the same
Actual result: at certain sizes, the values differ slightly
Reproduced on 5.4.5p1, 5.5.4p1, 5.6.1p3, 2017.1.0n9, 2017.2.0a3
