Screen.dpi always reports zero on Windows Phone 8
Steps to reproduce:
1. Created a project which reports Screen.dpi
2. Deploy it to Windows Phone 8
3. Reported dpi is zero.
Tested with devices:
HTC 8S A620e
Nokia Lumia 925
Nokia Lumia 620
Samsung Ativ S GT-i8750

This is NOT fixed in Unity 4.5.0

Seems like it is still broken in 4.5.0f6 on Nokia 920 even though the release notes said it was fixed.

Is there a workaround for this issue? Any ETA on when the fix will be available?
