Scene's window right top corner gizmo isn't visible
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Check scene window right corner
Expected results: Scene gizmo is visible
Actual results: Scene gismo is not visible
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.0a9
Regression introduced in: 2019.2.0a10
Note:
- Resting layout to default doesn't fix this issue
