Scene Gizmo dropdown only works once after domain reload
Steps to reproduce:
- Click on the Scene View gizmo setting dropdown arrow
- Click away to dismiss it
- Click again
Actual results: The gizmo dropdown does not appear after being dismissed. Reloading scripts gets it to reappear once and the same issue repeats again.
Expected results: The gizmo dropdown appears as many times as it is clicked.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0b2
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.20f1, 6000.1.0a10, 6000.1.0b1
Tested on (OS): Mac OS 15.1.1, Windows 11
