Scene disappears when renaming it in the save dialogue box
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (SceneTestProject.zip)
2. Create a new scene
3. Try to save the new scene
4. Dialogue box will appear to save the new scene
5. Rename Test scene inside the dialogue box to Test2
6. Save your the newly created scene as Test
7. Look at the list of scenes in your Project Window and you won't find Test2
Expected result: Scene should appear in the Project Window
Actual result: Scene does not appear

Resolution Note:
When renaming from inside a file dialog it is the same as renaming from Explorer or Finder. The user has to also rename the .meta otherwise guid and references are lost. We can't prevent the user from renaming assets in the SaveFileDialog.
