Scene camera moves too much after an Editor freeze when navigating the scene with mouse and WASD
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "SampleScene" scene from the attached project "EditorNavigationFreeze.zip"
2. Right-click with mouse in the Scene window, and press W
3. Press G to activate the script which causes a mini freeze
4. Release all buttons which were pressed
5. Wait a bit until it unfreezes
Expected result: Camera moves just a little bit (same amount as when using arrow keys to navigate)
Actual result: Camera moves too far ahead
Reproducible: 2017.4.26f1, 2018.3.14f1 , 2019.1.0f2, 2019.2.0a13
