[Scene] Asset Store package scene works in 5.4 but is corrupted and hangs when opened in 5.5.

Scene from asset store package gets corrupted when opening in 5.5

Repro steps:
1. Open CFX3 Demo scene from attached project (or download Cartoon FX Pack 3 from the asset store).
2. Unity hangs.

Expected outcome: Unity does not hang ;)

Notes:
- Scene opens fine in 5.4.1f1
- Tried both upgrading project from 5.4 to 5.5 and downloading fresh copy from the asset store; it hangs in both cases.
