Scaling tool - scaling all axes with central handle does not revert when escape is pressed
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Add cube to the scene
3. Turn on scaling tool
4. Scale cube on all axis and press escape button to cancel scaling
Expected results: scaling process is cancel and cube is set to original size
Actual results: scaling process is cancel and cube is not set to original size
Note: Pressing escape cancels operations and resets changes to original values when using it with rotate/move tools and when scaling one axis.
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0b3, 5.6.0p4, 5.5.3p3
