Saving a scene takes a long time
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "SaveScenePerformance.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select "TestContent"
3. In Inspector window, select "Save Hierarchy To Scene" button
4. Save the scene with any name
Expected result: the scene saves fast
Actual result: the scene save takes 2-3 seconds
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4f1, 2017.2.3f1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.2.0b5

same problem on latest version.. saving empty scene takes 2 mins...
