[WebGL] WebGL2 build shows black screen in Safari
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project "WebGL2_Test.zip"
2. Add the Demo scene in Scenes to build (File > Build Settings > Add open Scenes)
3. Build the project with the WebGL platform
4. Open the Build in Safari with WebGL2 enabled (Safari > Preferences > Advanced > Show Develop menu in menu bar > Develop > Experimental Features > WebGL2.0)
Expected Result: The build works normally and the scene is loaded
Actual Result: The build doesn't work instead shows a black screen
Reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0b8, 2021.2.0a7
Notes:
Tested with Safari Version 14.0.2 (15610.3.7.1.10, 15610)
Not reproducible in Safari Technology Preview Release 120 (Safari 14.2, WebKit 15612.1.2.6)
Not reproducible in Google Chrome Version 88.0.4324.192 (Official Build) (x86_64)
Not reproducible in Mozilla Firefox Version 86.0 (64-bit) build ID: 20210222142601

Resolution Note:
Release channel of Safari does not have a functional WebGL 2 support, so is expected to fail on the project.
