"Runner Game" Template - Create Your Own Level Tutorial workflow is broken
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the "Runner Game" template
2. Start and follow through the "Create Your Own Level" tutorial
3. On step 3/9, continue to the "Tutorial 2: The Level Editor" tutorial
4. Finish through the "Level Editor" tutorial
5. Once prompted with the "Scene(s) Have Been Modified" modal, click "Save"
6. Return to and follow through the "Create Your Own Level" tutorial with your newly created scene, ignoring step 3/9
7. On step 8/9, observe the gameplay and the Console window
8. After finishing the tutorial, open the "Boot" scene, play through it, and observe the gameplay and the Console window
Expected results: Following the tutorials' step-by-step directions leads to a working two-level game without any issues or Console errors
Actual results: The two levels are overlayed on "Level 1". The coins and keys taken in "Level 1" are persistent in "Level 2", and the gates no longer work. "NullReferenceException" error in the Console.
Reproducible with: 2021.3.14f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.42f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b15, 2023.1.0a19 (template not available)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
