Rule Tiles are generated as black, alpha 0 when Tilemap is filled with Tilemap.BoxFill
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's project "Brush-NoURP.zip"
2. Press Play and go to Scene View
3. Open the Tile Palette window (Window > 2D > Tile Palette)
4. Select the "Selection" tool (first one) from the Tile Palette window
5. Make a selection in the bounds of the Tilemap in Scene View
Expected results: Set space is filled with white Rule Tile squares
Actual result: Space is filled with black, alpha 0 Rule Tile squares
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a15, 2021.2.5f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.0a14, 2021.2.6f1, 2021.2.12f1, 2022.1.0b9, 2022.2.0a5
Note: Unticking the "Test With Rule Tile" box in "SettingTiles" GameObject's "Brush" Component the Tilemap is filled with "SquareBasicTile" Tiles
