Rotation is not set back to the previous value when undoing Configurable Joint Target Rotation changes
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “BugReport.zip”

Resolution Note:
Hello!
We've converted this bug to an internal case on the Physics team board, as part of the authoring improvements for Joints. These changes will not be backported to versions such as Unity 2022LTS, as initial cause of this bug pertains to foundational changes in the prefab system. We'll only able to handle this issue on Unity 6.0+ due to the major rework that was done for the Joint components in this version.
Cheers,
AlexRvn.
