Rotation is not set back to the previous value when undoing Configurable Joint Target Rotation changes
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “BugReport.zip”
2. Open “SampleScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Select “CubeA” GameObject in the Hierarchy
5. Change the value of “Configurable Joint\Target Rotation\X” to 90 through the Inspector
6. Press ctrl + Z (command + Z on mac)
7. Observe the Game view
Expected result: the “CubeB” GameObject (red cube) springs back to its previous position
Actual result: the “CubeB” GameObject's (red cube) position does not change
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a12, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.6f1, 2023.2.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.1.0a11
Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (by the reporter)

Resolution Note:
Hello!
We've converted this bug to an internal case on the Physics team board, as part of the authoring improvements for Joints. These changes will not be backported to versions such as Unity 2022LTS, as initial cause of this bug pertains to foundational changes in the prefab system. We'll only able to handle this issue on Unity 6.0+ due to the major rework that was done for the Joint components in this version.
