Root Prefab is removed from Prefab hierarchy when replacing a Prefab Variant with a new GameObject with root Prefab as its child
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "1196074.zip"
2. Drag the Replacer GameObject on to Root Variant Prefab and select Replace Anyway
Expected result: New Prefab Variant keeps the same GameObject hierarchy as the Replacer GameObject had
Actual result: New Prefab Variant removes the Root Prefab from the hierarchy and sets its children as Replacer GameObject's children
Reproducible with: 2018.4.13f1, 2020.1.0a15
Notes:
Multiple Console errors are thrown when replacing the Prefab Variant.
