"Root Asset with id * was not valid" errors are present when project from Collaboration is opened
How to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Publish to Collab
3. Close the Editor
4. Delete the folder from your computer
5. Download the same project from the Collab and run it
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.3.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.28f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.5f1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a1
Actual results: "Root Asset with id * was not valid" errors appear in the console
Expected results: no errors
Reproducible with Unity Collaborate package 1.2.16 - 2.0.0 v17 preview

Latest issues
- The Editor opens when the window is closed right after launch
- Frame Debugger's Hierarchy is not navigable when connecting it to the project built with the Volumetric Fog
- The number of SetPass Calls is increasing when attaching the Frame Debugger to the Player
- Scrollbar briefly appears in the Package Manager during installation process even when the package list is too short to require scrolling
- Script resets to use the previous Skybox color when saving the Scene changes
Resolution Note:
Was not able to successfully reproduce this issue even when going through the Copenhagen VPN. Will listen for if additional reports for this issue come in and investigate further then.
