Rigidbody's “Freeze Position” constraints get enabled when using “rigidbody.freezeRotation = false“
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “rigidbodyConstraint.zip” project
2. Enter “SampleScene” Scene (Assets > Scenes)
3. Enter Play Mode
4. In the Hierarchy window, select “Cube” GameObject
5. In the Inspector window, expand Constraints in the Rigidbody Component and observe the result
Expected result: “Freeze Position” constraints are disabled
Actual result: “Freeze Position” constraints are enabled
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a13, 2023.2.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.7f1, 2023.2.0a12
Reproduced on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel)
Note: logging rigidbody constraints logs “-113”
