Rigidbody2D velocity is calculated incorrectly during the collision
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open scene "scene"
3. Play
4. Notice that ball did not bounce off as expected
Expected result: Ball is expected to bounce off the wall when using velocity
Actual result: Ball stays in place after collision
Reproduced on: 5.4.0b13, 5.3.4p2
Did not reproduce on: 5.3.4p1, 5.4.0b12
