Rigidbody.SweepTest accounts for all layers
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the attached scene
3. Verify that Sphere and Cube are in different layers
4. Run the scene in the editor
5. See that "Hit!" is logged in the console (the user is logging the message if Rigidbody.SweepTest is true)
