Right-click context menu in Visual Effects Graph window is offset
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Create new project using Universal 3D template
2. Import Visual Effects Graph package
3. Create new visual effect and open it in Visual Effects Graph window
4. Right-click anywhere in the window
*Actual results:* Context menu opens up, it's offset by the height of the cursor
*Expected results:* Context menu opens up, it's starts at the tip of the cursor
*Reproducible with versions:* 2022.3.54f1, 6000.0.33f1, 6000.1.0b1
