Rich Text color tag does not apply when color is set by name
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “BugRepro” project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: The text of both messages logged in the Console is colored
Actual result: Only one message text is colored and the Rich Text color tag is printed out in the other message
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a20, 6000.0.2f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.29f1, 2023.1.0a19
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: The issue does not reproduce with certain colors. Non-reproducible colors: black, blue, green, grey, lightblue, orange, purple, red, white, yellow
