Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Observe the Console Window

Expected result: No warning is thrown
Actual result: “<RI.Hid> Failed to create device file: 2 The system cannot find the file specified” warning is thrown

Reproducible with: 2022.3.11f1

Reproducible on: Windows 10 (user’s)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Notes:

• The external device is usually functioning even if the warning is thrown
• “<RI.Hid> Failed” warning part is always the same but the rest of the warning might vary based on the device
• This issue was not locally reproducible by CQA
