Reverting a prefab causes it to duplicate
To reproduce:
1. Open the scene ReproCase
2. Select one of the children of the prefab instance
3. Change its position
4. Now click the revert prefab button. (do this repeatedly) The editor duplicates the prefab instance each time you click
