[Resources folder] Resources.LoadAsync stops processing on Windows
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Main"
3. Enter play mode
4. Press any button (Input.anyKeyDown), this will call multiple Resources.LoadAsync (800+)
5. In the console you can see messages saying how many resources have been loaded
6. Notice, that after some time resources are stopped being loaded.
Fix verified on 5.3.0f3 (79f30e8153f8)
