Postponed means that the issue was either a feature request or something that requires major refactoring on our side. Since that makes the issue not actionable in the close future we choose to close it as Postponed and add it on our internal roadmaps and technical debt pages instead.

Replacing a Timeline asset makes the replacing/new asset undeletable
Steps to repro:
1. Open any/new project
2. Select a Gameobject without a Timeline/Director
3. In the Timeline window, hit Create (just use default name)
4. Remove the director component from the GO
5. Deselect and re-select the GO
6. Hit Create in the Timeline window again, use same name as before
7. Hit replace in the confirmation dialog
8. Try to delete the new Timeline Asset from the Project window
- Note the Delete option is greyed out
This seems to only happen with the latest occurrence. In the screen recording, all the assets that were right-clicked, were affected by this at some point, but now only the "silly" gameobject is affected.
