RenderTexture mirrors view horizontally when MSAA settings are not the same for Camera and RenderTexture
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached Project inside of "MSAA Render Texture Bug.zip"
2. Open and Play the "Scene" Scene
3. After playing the Scene, go to Project's folder and open "RenderTexture.png"
Expected result: The image has only one cube in it
Actual result: The image has two cubes mirroring each other
Reproduces on 2017.4.25f1
Does not reproduce on: 2018.3.12f1, 2019.1.0b10, 2019.2.0a10
