[RenderingDebugger] Post Processing components appear way above the expected position in the Volume Panel
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Download the atatched project and open in Unity.
# In the Rendering Debugger, select the Volume panel.
# Component >> Post-processing >> White Balance.
# Now click on the Component dropdown menu again.
*Actual results:*
Drop down menu will appear way above the expected position.
Check the attached image and video.
*Expected results:*
Drop down menu should appear right under the Component dropdown initial selection.
*Reproducible with versions:*
6000.0.36f1, 60002.0a3
*Tested on (OS):*
MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021), CPU: Apple M1 Max, Memory: 64 GB, macOS: Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93)

Resolution Note:
The issue was related to UI framework and the fix is landed.
