Dropdown menus open outside the window when another window is selected first
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-78352_repro“ project
2. In the Project Window double-click on the “test_VFX“ asset
3. In the Visual Effects Graph, select the “Initialize Particle“ block
4. Select the Inspector window
5. In the “Initialize Particle“ block, select the “Bounds Mode“ dropdown menu
Expected result: The dropdown menu is seen on the Visual Effects Graph window
Actual result: The dropdown menu is seen outside of the Visual Effects Graph window
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0b13, 6000.0.6f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.34f1, 6000.0.0b12
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
