Rendering Debugger's Overdraw is displayed incorrectly when Fog is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-126388"
2. In the Rendering Debugger's Rendering tab, change the Overdraw Mode to "All"
3. In the Lighting window's Environment tab, turn on Fog
4. Change the Fog's Color
5. Observe the Game View
Actual result: The “Cube” GameObject is shown in different colors depending on the Fog Color
Expected result: The “Cube” GameObject remains shown as blue regardless of the Fog Color
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a17, 6000.0.63f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a16
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
