Rendering artifacts using Custom Render Texture shader on Sphere Game Object
To reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D URP template project
2. Use either Metal, DX11 or DX12
3. Create a sphere game object in the Hierarchy
3. Create Shader > Custom Render Texture Shader
4. Create a material from the shader
5. Add the material to the sphere
6. Observe the Scene window
Expected: no rendering artifacts
Actual: getting a lot of rendering artifacts in the Scene view
Reproducible on:
2022.3.4f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.6f1, 2023.2.0b2
Not reproducible on:
2022.3.3f1
Notes:
- Does not reproduce on OpenGLCore
- On Windows, getting different artifacts doing same repro steps (DirectX11)
- Same behavior on DirectX 12
