Render Texture with an alpha channel causes visible text or image become transparent
Repro steps:
1. Open "UnityArtifactsTest.zip" project
2. Load "TestScene" scene
3. Enter playmode
4. Observe that white box which is moving behind the red opaque box is visible through text and images

Actual behavior: Render texture with any visible artifacts from scaled text/images become transparent
Expected behavior: Render texture with any visible artifacts from scaled text/images should not become transparent
Reproduced on: 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4f1, 5.3.6p3, 5.4.0f3, 5.4.0p1, 5.5.0a6.
