Element name field has no character limit in UI Builder
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Open UI Builder
3. Drag Visual Element to Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector > Name field, flood the field with text
Actual results: Name field doesn't have character limit which allows to spam text in the field
Expected results: Name field has character limit
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.13f1, 6000.2.0b11, 6000.3.0a3
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon, Sequoia 15.5 & Windows 11
Notes:
- After entering a lot of characters, field becomes empty or window becomes unresponsive, unable to close or interact with other elements
