Frame Debugger scrollbar gets cut off at the bottom when the Frame Debugger window is maximised
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
# Open the Frame Debugger window (Window > Analysis > Frame Debugger)
# Enable the Frame Debugger by clicking the "Enable" button in the Frame Debugger window
# Dock the Frame Debugger window
# Maximise the Frame Debugger window
# Resize the Frame Debugger tabs by clicking and dragging the divider to the right until the scrollbar at the bottom-right appears
# Observe the scrollbar
*Actual results:* Half the scrollbar is cut off horizontally
*Expected results:* The full scrollbar visual is showing, nothing cut off
*Reproducible with versions:* 2021.3.51f1, 2022.3.64f1, 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.13f1, 6000.2.0b11, 6000.3.0a3
*Tested on (OS):* macOS SIlicon Sequoia 15.5
*Notes:*
* Tried with several other windows, could not reproduce this behaviour on any other window except the Frame Debugger window
