"Render Scale" is changing Game view size when Post Processing is on and Anti-aliasing is set to “Subpixel Morphological Anti-aliasing”
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. In the Project window, select the “URP” asset
3. In the Inspector change the “Render Scale” value
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Resolution of the render target is changing
Actual result: Size of Game view changes
Reproducible with: 14.0.3 (2022.2.0a16, 2022.2.0b5), 15.0.0 (2023.1.0a6)
Not reproducible with: 10.10.0 (2020.3.38f1), 12.1.7 (2021.3.8f1), 13.1.18 (2022.1.13f1), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0a15)
Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
Notes:

- Not reproducible if turning off Main Camera’s “Post Processing” setting
