Find backport Changeset: Renaming folders makes them disappear in Project Browser
- Open the BugTest project.
- Rename any of the asset folders (AssetBundles, Scripts, Resources) into a
lowercase variant (assetBundles, scripts, resources).
- Duplicate a file or a folder inside the renamed folder.
- The renamed folder disappears completely.
A full reimport brings the folder back, but it sure is terrifying to see
assets just vanish.
The issue seems to be fixed in Unity 5.1, but we need to fix it in a 5.0 patch release as well for all the people working in 5.0
