Renaming a texture takes a very long time
to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (TextureRenameWaitBug)
2. Rename the texture "RENAME ME"
Expected result: Texture renames properly
Actual result: It takes a long time for it to rename
Note: It's suspected that the compression resets and the texture is re-compressed.
Closed by design because: Asset Importers may generate different results based on the file name. In all cases, the internal asset name is generated from the file name, but it many cases there is more, such as animation transform paths depending on the name of the model the belong to, etc. While we might special case these, that would create a lot of potential for mistakes, so we will rather just always reimport assets on rename.
