[Regression] OnTriggerEnter fails at certain distances
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Enter Play mode and press the space key
3. Open the Scene View and click on any white capsule
4. Observe the collider
Expected result: All capsules that have trigger colliders touching the red sphere turn green
Actual result: At certain distances the on trigger enter is ignored and the capsules stay white
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0f2, 2018.2.0b4, 2018.1.8f1, 2018.1.6f1
Not reproducible in: 2018.2.0b3, 2018.1.5f1, 2017.4.6f1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.1.4p2
Couldn't test with: 2018.3.0a4
