RegisterCallback<ChangeEvent<T>> doesn't output when CustomPropertyDrawer is used for the type and handed to PropertyField
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "UnityBugPropertyField" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "GameObject" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Change the value of the "Ingredient" or "Length 2" numeric fields value in the Inspector
Expected result: "Property value changed to: ..." message is output in the Console log after changing the "Ingredient" or "Length 2" numeric fields value
Actual result: No message is output
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.2.0b11, 2022.2.0a7

- “Frame Debugger On” text color not maintained across different Editor Themes in toolbar
- Rendering artefacts appear in the Game view window when maximizing/minimizing Inspector window and Frame Debugger is Enabled
- [MacOS] AdvancedDropdown in the Profiler is not scrollable even when not all options in the list are visible
- Memory leak when a lot of Particle Systems instantiated while Profiler is open
- "ArgumentOutOfRangeException" error is thrown when trying to delete letters from an RTL TextField when using the Advanced Text Generator
Resolution Note:
This is a limitation of IMGUIContainer's backwards compatibility. When a property is edited by IMGUI code, no UIToolkit event is sent as IMGUI is unaware of the existence of these events.
One can instead register to PropertyField.RegisterValueChangeCallback with SerializedPropertyChangeEvent to be notified when any type of value under a PropertyField has changed:
