RegisterCallback<ChangeEvent<T>> doesn't output when CustomPropertyDrawer is used for the type and handed to PropertyField
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "UnityBugPropertyField" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "GameObject" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Change the value of the "Ingredient" or "Length 2" numeric fields value in the Inspector
Expected result: "Property value changed to: ..." message is output in the Console log after changing the "Ingredient" or "Length 2" numeric fields value
Actual result: No message is output
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.2.0b11, 2022.2.0a7

Latest issues
- Articulation Body with 'Revolute' Joint Type has erratic behavior when Upper Limit is set to above 360
- WebGL Player fails to render Scene when Terrain with Detail Mesh is added and WebGPU Graphics API is used
- Inconsistent errors are logged when different types are passed into the Query "Q<>" method in UIToolkit and the ancestor VisualElement is null
- Crash on GetMaterialPropertyByIndex when opening a specific Scene
- Discrepancies in the styling are present when using a TSS file instead of a USS file in custom EditorWindow
Resolution Note:
This is a limitation of IMGUIContainer's backwards compatibility. When a property is edited by IMGUI code, no UIToolkit event is sent as IMGUI is unaware of the existence of these events.
One can instead register to PropertyField.RegisterValueChangeCallback with SerializedPropertyChangeEvent to be notified when any type of value under a PropertyField has changed:
