[ReflectionProbes] Scene normals are flipped when Water Mode is set to Reflective or Refractive
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Assets/Test"
3. Select "Reflection Probe" in hierarchy and bake it. In the inspector you should see something similar to http://i.gyazo.com/d53194a3d854708c14b74589ea841a05.png
3. Select "WaterProDaytime" and change its "Water Mode" to "Simple"
4. Select "Reflection Probe" again and bake it. Now in inspector you should see something like this: https://i.gyazo.com/ced051e5bf4067fa92608f699c2b45b7.png
