[Ubuntu] Red squares instead of ticks in dropdown options
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a Unity Project
- Right-click in the Project Window and click 'View in Import Activity Window'
- In the toolbar, open the Options dropdown
- Make sure at least one item is selected
Actual results: The selected items have a red square icon next to them
Expected results: The selected items have a tick icon next to them
Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a6 (Ubuntu), 6000.0.29f1 (Ubuntu), 2022.3.53f1 (Ubuntu)
Not reproducible with versions: Any version (MacOS)
Can’t test with versions:
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, Mac Sonoma 14.6.1
Notes:
- This issue affects dropdown options in many areas of the editor on Ubuntu. For example, the options in the Import Activity Window, the options in the UI Builder Window, the options in the Preferences Window

Resolution Note:
We are unable to reproduce this, but given what is seen in the screenshots, this is an issue with the particular OS. The menus in the repro use the native GTK context menu API, and resources are rendered by the system.
