RectTransforms that are LayoutElements in a LayoutGroup return a rect size of (0, 0, 0, 0) for the first frame of execution
Steps to reproduce :
- import the project attached
- open the scene
- press play and notice that the Layout Child object reports a rect of (0, 0, 0, 0) in Start() and in the first Update() call
