Recorded image background is transparent when Include Alpha is deselected and Camera Clear Flags is set to Solid Color
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “My project (12).zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Open Recorder Window (Window > General > Recorder Window)
4. Press Start Recording button
5. Open the recorded image and observe its background
Expected result: Picture has a black background
Actual result: Picture background is transparent
Reproducible with: 3.0.3 (2021.3.23f1), 4.0.0 (2020.3.47f1, 2021.3.23f1, 2022.2.16f1, 2023.1.0b13, 2023.2.0a11)
Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.6 (Intel), Windows 10 (by the reporter)
