RasterCommandBuffer.DrawMeshInstanced light attenuation does not work in the Release build Player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-121120“ project
2. Make sure the “Development Build” option is disabled
3. Build and Run the Player (Android or Windows)
4. Observe the Player
Expected result: The sphere is lit normally
Actual result: The sphere is void black
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0b11, 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.10f1, 6000.3.0b8, 6000.4.0a2
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Standalone Player(by reporter)
Not reproducible on: macOS 26.0.1 Standalone Player
