RecompressAssetBundleAsync fails to recompress Asset Bundle
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("RecompressBundleTest.zip")
2. Enter Play mode
3. In Game window press on "Recompress"
Expected result: Asset bundle is recompressed
Actual result: Asset bundle is not recompressed
Reproducible with: 2018.4.13f1, 2019.2.14f1, 2019.3.0f1, 2020.1.0a15
Not tested with: 2017.4.34f1 (RecompressAssetBundleAsync was not available)
