RebindingOperation.WithControlsHavingToMatchPath does not work when specifying a specific character
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Case_1240232"
2. Open "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press on the "Not Working" button and try to type anything
Expected results: RebindingOperation.WithControlsHavingToMatchPath works when specifying a specific character
Actual results: RebindingOperation.WithControlsHavingToMatchPath does not work when specifying a specific character
Reproducible with: 2019.3.12f1(preview.7 - 1.0.0) , 2020.1.0b8(preview.7 - 1.0.0), 2020.2.0a9(preview.7 - 1.0.0)
Note: Unable to test with 2018.4 due to Input system functions did not work with 0.2.1 -preview version
