RaycastCommand will only return a maximum of 1 hit regardless what you set maxHits to
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (RaycastCommand.zip)
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe the message in the console
Expected: in this case, the hit count should be 2.
Reproduced in 2018.1.2f1, 2018.2.0b4, 2018.3.0a1
