RangeAttribute slider UX is in continuous mode when a variable is an integer
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "delete" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "GameObject (1)" GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Click on any place on a slider in the Inspector
Expected result: Slider UX works only in discrete mode
Actual result: Slider UX works in continuous mode
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a9, 2022.2.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.39f1, 2020.3.35f1, 2021.3.3f1, 2022.1.2f1, 2022.2.0a8
Reproduced on: macOS 12.3 (Intel)
